Sup Udang



Hot and sour soup can refer to soups from several Asian culinary traditions. In all cases the soup contains ingredients to make it both spicy and sour.(source Wikipedia)

Sup ini hampir mirip Tom Yam ... hanya ga ditambahkan daun ketumbar. Here we go ..

Ingredients :
- Daging untuk sup, iris kecil
- Udang, bersihkan, kupas. Lalu rebus kulitnya hingga matang
- Jagung, iris.
- Bawang bombay, iris
- Bawang putih, iris halus
- Bawang merah, iris halus
- Tomat hijau, iris
- Daun jeruk, iris
- Serai
- Lengkuas
- Cabai, tumbuk halus. bisa juga pakai cabai bubuk
- Perasan air jeruk nipis
- Saus tiram
- Gula n garam

Method :
- Rebus daging hingga matang.
- Masukkan udang, jagung, air rebusan kulit udang, cabai, serai, lengkuas n bumbu2 iris yang lain.
- Tuangkan saus tiram, air perasan jeruk nipis, gula n garam
- Rebus hingga matang

Note : slain jagung, bisa juga diganti tahu.

Rolled n Fried Apple

Ingredients :

- Filo pastry/kulit lunpia
- Apel, kupas, iris kecil
- Coklat misis
- Air matang
- Minyak goreng
- Gula halus/gula pasir

Method :
- Letakkan irisan apel diatas lembaran filo pastry/kulit lunpia
- Beri misis coklat, lalu lipat n gulung, rekatkan dengan air
- Goreng dalam minyak panas sedang hingga kecoklatan
- Gulingkan dalam gula pasir/gula halus..n ready to eaaaat :D

Ingredients :

- Sandwich bread
- 1 butir telor
- Susu full cream
- Gula pasir *optional
- Margarin
- Keju
- Chocolate sauce/chocolate milk

Method :

- Campur jadi satu telor, susu full cream n gula, aduk hingga rata
- Masukkan sandwich bread n tekan-tekan hingga seluruhnya terendam dalam campuran susu
- Panaskan margarin lalu masukkan roti
- Masak hingga matang n kecoklatan di kedua sisi, angkat n taruh dalam piring
- Tuang chocolate sauce/milk n beri parutan keju

Ayam Bakar Madu




Ada ayam, tapi minus bumbu dapur, finally dimasak ayam bakar dengan bumbu yang ga getu ribet, simpel tapi rasanya enak :D Loove the result so much, karna ayamnya jadi glossy banged gara2 ada olesan madu nya ehuwheheuhe...

Ingredients :

- Ayam
- Jeruk nipis
- Bawang putih, haluskan
- Madu
- Kecap manis
- Margarin cair
- Daun bawang, iris (optional)

Haluskan :

- Cabai
- Terasi
- Garam

Method :

- Bersihkan ayam, beri perasan jeruk nipis lalu rebus sebentar dalam air yang diberi madu n bawang putih, angkat n tiriskan
- Campur bumbu halus, sedikit madu, kecap bersama mentega cair. Masukkan ayam, diamkan selama kurang lebih 30 menit- Panggang ayam sambil diolesi bumbu hingga kecoklatan
- Masak sisa bumbu hingga matang, siram diatas ayam bakar
- Taburi irisan daun bawang

Oseng Pare



Nilai gizi buah pare terbilang cukup tinggi, mengandung multi nutrien, kaya dengan vitamin B1, memiliki efek mencegah dan mengobati penyakit kaki karena kutu air (tinea pedis) dan menjaga kenormalan fungsi jantung, mendorong pengeluaran air susu dan menambah nafsu makan. Vitamin C yang terkandung dalam buah pare adalah 10-20 kali lipatnya petola dan conomon (suatu varitas melon), memiliki efek mencegah skorbut (seriawan usus), melindungi selaput sel, menawar racun, mencegah aterosklerosis, melawan kanker, meningkatkan fungsi organisme, mencegah flu, melindungi jantung dan berbagai efek lainnya. Resep diambil dari web NCC n ditulis oleh ibu Fatmah Bahalwan, cuman diresep ini ga ditambahkan teri n ga pake cabe ijo. Happy Cooking everybodieeeeeeh....

Pilih pare dengan “duri” yang tumpul, pasti tidak terasa pahit sama sekali. Tumis pare sebentar saja supaya oseng ini renyah dan enak sekali.

Bahan:
3 bh pare
1 sdt garam
50 gr teri Medan (aku ga pake)
3 bh cabe merah, iris serong
2 bh cabe hijau, iris serong (ga pake)
4 bh bawang merah, iris tipis
3 bh bawang putih, iris tipis
1 bh sereh, memarkan
1 ruas lengkuas, memarkan
1 sdt gula pasir
1 sdt kaldu bubuk bila suka
Sedikit minyak goreng.

Cara membuatnya:

Belah pare, buang bijinya, iris tipis. Remas dengan garam lalu cuci bersih dan tiriskan.
Cuci teri Medan, goreng garing. Sisihkan
Panaskan minyak goreng dalam wajan, tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, cabe merah dan cabe hijau hingga layu, masukkan sereh, salam dan lengkuas, aduk sebentar, masukkan pare, gula dan kaldu bubuk, tumis hingga matang.
Masukkan teri goreng, aduk rata. Angkat. Sajikan

Klepon



Klepon atau kelepon adalah sejenis makanan tradisional Indonesia yang termasuk ke dalam kelompok jajan pasar. Terbuat dari tepung beras ketan yang dibentuk seperti bola-bola kecil dengan isi gula kelapa (gula Jawa) kemudian direbus dalam air mendidih lalu disajikan dengan parutan kelapa. (source.wikipedia)

Ingredients :

- 300 gram tepung ketan
- 75 cc air daun suji atau pandan
- 2 sdt air kapur sirih*
- 100 gram gula merah diiris
- ¼ butir kelapa diparut dikukus dengan ¼ sdt garam selama 15 menit

Method :

- Aduk tepung ketan dengan air daun suji sedikit demi sedikit, masukkan air sirih.
- Uleni sampai adonan dapat dibulatkan manjadi sebesar kelereng, isis dengan irisan gula merah, bulatkan lagi.
- Didihkan air dalam sebuah panci yang besar. Masukkan klepon ke dalamnya, tunggu sampai mengapung. Angkat & gulungkan klepon dalam kelapa parut.

Catatan: *Kalau tidak ada, bisa dihilangkan.

Frittata Mie Kukus

Kali ini bikin frittata, pake mie instan (indomie) n dikukus biar ga terlalu banyak mengandung kolestrol dari minyak. Yummieeeehhh yet easy!!

Ingredients :

- 1 bungkus mie instan, masak sesuei petunjuk, tiriskan, campur dengan bumbu.
- 3 butir telur. kocok
- Sosis, iris tipis
- Tomat secukupnya, buang isi n iris dadu kecil (optional)
- Keju parut
- Saus pedas

Method :
- Panaskan kukusan
- Campur telor kocok dengan mie, aduk rata, tuang kedalam wadah
- Tata sosis diatas mie rata diseluruh permukaan
- Kukus hingga setengah matang
- Taburi keju, tomat n tuang saus, kukus kembali hingga matang
- Angkat, iris-iris n hidangkan

Nugget Tahu Sosis

Ini versi sendiri bikin nugget tahu, caranya simpel banged, tapi jangan berharap ada takaran pasti whehehe karna smua berdasarkan intuisi tsaaah :D here we go..

Ingredients :
- Tahu putih 2 buah
- Telor 2 butir
- Tepung kobe 2 sdm/secukupnya. make tepung roti will be fine
- Bawang putih halus, garam n merica secukupnya
- Daun bawang, iris tipis
- Sosis 1 buah, iris dadu
- Minyak goreng

Method :
- Panaskan kukusan
- Haluskan tahu lalu campur dengan telor, tepung, bumbu halus, daun bawang n sosis, campur rata
- Masukkan kedalam plastik
- Kukus hingga matang
- Iris-iris, lalu goreng dalam minyak panas sedang hingga kecoklatan
- Siaappppp dihidangkan...

Mie Schotel Goreng *simple version



Makaroni schotel merupakan Indonesian fusion food yang dipengaruhi oleh kuliner Belanda (Dutch cuisine). Biasanya terbuat dari makaroni yang dicampur dengan keju, susu, daging/korned, sayur n bumbu2 lainnya. Sekilas, hampir serupa dengan macaroni bechamel di Egypt atau baked macaroni di western cuisine, ato emang beda nama aja kali yahhh :D

Schotel berasal dari bahasa belanda yang berarti pinggan. Cara memasak makaroni schotel bisa di panggang ato kukus. Resep ini terbuat dari mie, lalu dikukus n digoreng, dan aku skip penggunaan susu cair..

Ingredients :
- Mie instan
- korned beef
- telor, kocok
- kentang, iris dadu lalu goreng
- keju parut
- Minyak goreng

Lapisan :
- Telur, kocok
- Tepung roti

Method :
- Masak mie seseui petunjuk, campur dengan bumbu
- Tuang kocokan telor, lalu berturut2 masukkan korned beef, kentang n keju parut, aduk rata
- Kukus kedalam panci yang telah dipanaskan hingga matang
- Angkat, dinginkan n potong2
- Masukkan satu2 mie schotel kedalam kocokan telur, lalu gulingkan dalam tepung roti n goreng dalam minyak panas sedang hingga kecoklatan

Resep dibawah adalah klasik donat, atau donat ala kampung, yang biasanya stelah digoreng n ditiriskan, lalu digulingkan kedalam gula halus. Lainnya, diberi topping misis coklat/warna warni, atau bisa juga keju. Ahh jadi inget masa kecil :D

I was having so much fun, remember back than when I was just 10, making my very first donuts, trying to shape, fried them, and it was awfully a mess. Well, from mistakes we learn, dont we? now they're beautifully shaped n taste soooo donuts :)

Here we go ..

Ingredients :
- 600gr terigu
- 4 butir kuning telur
- 11gr fermipan
- 100gr gula pasir
- 200ml air matang
- 100gr margarin
- minyak goreng

topping :
- gula halus
- keju parut
- misis

Method :
- Dalam wadah, campur terigu bersama fermipan dan gula, aduk2
- Masukkan kuning telur, air, lalu uleni hingga bercampur rata
- Tambahkan margarin, uleni kembali hingga kalis.
- Diamkan selama kurang lebih 15menit, tutup dengan serbet, biarkan mengembang
- Bulatkan adonan, letakkan di nampan yang sudah dioles margarin n ditabur terigu, istirahatkan supaya mengembang
- Lubangi donat lalu goreng dalam minyak panas kecil hingga matang, tiriskan
- Beri topping sesuei selera :)

Here's my version of puddings...it has to be sweet, rich n tender..

Ingredients :

Adonan A :
- 1pack agar2 coklat
- Coffeemix, secukupnya
- Milo bubuk
- Gula pasir
- Air matang 2,5 gelas

Adonan B :
- 1pack agar2 putih
- Susu full cream
- Air matang 1,5 gelas
- Gula pasir
- 1lbr roti tawar, iris dadu

Method :

Adonan A :
Campur smua bahan lalu jerang diatas api n aduk hingga mengental, angkat. Tuang dalam cetakan agar2 yang telah dibasahi air.

Adonan B :
Sama sperti adonan A, campur smua bahan kecuali roti lalu jerang diatas api hingga mengental, angkat. Masukkan irisan roti tawar, lalu tuang diatas adonan A.

Dinginkan..Serve with Ur sweetest smile..yummy!!

Puding Coklat Saus Vla




Vla custard, This dairy product made from fresh milk first appeared in the 1950s. Traditional vla is made of cooked milk with custard, or with a combination of eggs, cornstarch, vanilla and sugar. Di hari raya, stelah makan lontong opor n hidangan-hidangan bersantan laennya, spertinya cocok mengakhiri makan dengan pudding ini..rich n creamy, yummyyy..

Ingredients :
- 1bks agar2 coklat
- 500 susu cair atau (300ml susu + 200ml air)
- coklat bubuk, aku pake delfi 25gr
- 10sdm gula
- 1 butir telor, kocok
- biskuit marie, crushed

Method :
- Campur agar2 bersama susu cair, coklat bubuk n gula, jerang diatas api panas sedang hingga matang
- Matikan api, diamkan beberapa saat.
- Ambil sedikit adonan, lalu campur dengan telor n langsung diaduk (jangan sampai telor menggumpal)
- Tuang campuran telor kedalam rebusan agar2, aduk rata n jerang kembali hingga matang, angkat
- Tuang kedalam cetakan yang telah dibasahi air, taburi dengan marie biskuit
- Dinginkan, hidangkan bersama vla

Resep Vla :
- 1 kuning telor
- 250ml susu cair
- Gula secukupnya
- 1sdm tepung maizena

Method :
- Campur semua bahan jadi satu
- Rebus hingga matang sambil terus diaduk2 hingga mengental
- sajikan bersama puding

Kolak Pisang Klasik



Knapa dibilang klasik, karna dari dulu sedari kecil sampai berumur begini, resep kolak pisang ini ga berubah :D pakainya santan yang kental jadi rasanya rich n gurih, juga manis banged hasil perpaduan pisang n gula jawa. Eh salah...karna yang buat kolak pisang ini juga super manis whoeehehekekeke...kabuuur ke dapuuur.

Menu wajib untuk berbuka puasa...hyuuuk

Ingredients :

- Pisang, lupa namanya, pokoknya pisang untuk diolah lagi (bukan pisang susu)
- Santan kental
- Air matang
- Gula jawa
- Gula pasir

Method :
- Rebus air bersama gula jawa hingga larut, lalu saring
- Tambahkan air, lalu rebus kembali hingga mendidih.
- Masukkan pisang, aduk2, lalu masukkan santan n gula pasir
- Masak hingga matang
- Hidangkan hangat2..

Es Cincau




Cincau (Hanzi: 仙草, pinyin: xiancao) adalah gel serupa agar-agar yang diperoleh dari perendaman daun (atau organ lain) tumbuhan tertentu dalam air. Gel terbentuk karena daun tumbuhan tersebut mengandung karbohidrat yang mampu mengikat molekul-molekul air.

Kata "cincau" sendiri berasal dari dialek Hokkian sienchau (Hanzi: 仙草, pinyin: xiancao) yang lazim dilafalkan di kalangan Tionghoa di Asia Tenggara. Cincau sendiri di bahasa asalnya sebenarnya adalah nama tumbuhan (Mesona spp.) yang menjadi bahan pembuatan gel ini.

Cincau paling banyak digunakan sebagai komponen utama minuman penyegar (misalnya dalames cincau atau es campur). Dilaporkan juga cincau memiliki efek penyejuk serta peluruh.

- Spaghetti, rebus sesuai keterangan dalam bungkus, beri margarin lalu tiriskan
- Saus bolognese siap beli
- Telur, kocok lepas
- Sosis sapi, iris kecil
- Bawang putih, cincang halus
- Bawang bombay, iris
- Saus tiram
- Saus pedas
- Plain mayonais
- Keju
- Irisan daun bawang
- Margarin

Method :
- Panaskan margarin dalam api sedang. tumis bawang putih, lalu masukkan bawang bombai dan sosis, aduk rata
- Tuangkan saus bolognese, saus tiram, saus pedas, aduk kembali.
- Masukkan telor n campur rata, kecilkan api. tambahkan beberapa sendok mayonais.
- Masukkan spaghetti, campur rata, angkat.
- Taburkan keju parut n irisan daun bawang

Tumis Udang

Ingredients :
- Udang, cuci bersih, beri perasan jeruk nipis
- Bawang putih, iris tipis
- Bawang bombay, iris
- Cabe merah, iris
- Serai
- Daun jeruk
- Saus tiram
- Garam n gula
- Air matang
- Margarin

Method :
- Panaskan margarin, masukkan bawang putih, aduk2 lalu masukkan bawang bombay, cabai, daun jeruk, serai
- Masukkan udang, aduk2.
- Tuang air. Beri garam, gula n saus tiram, aduk2 rata
- Masak hingga matang.

Serve with BIG SMILE :D

Tumis sayur *Love your leftover



Seringnya, kita slalu punya sayur2 yang kesisa didalam almari es. Entah tahu yang tinggal 2 biji, kacang panjang yang cuma 2 glintir, wortel cuma satu, jagung cuma sparo. Mo dibuang? jangaaannn...mubazir, apalagi kalo masi pada bagus. Mari kita selamatkan bumi dengan tidak membuang2 makanan atopun bahan makanan yang sebenernya masi bisa dimanfaatkan. save the world, halah :P

Dimasak tumis aja, great..buat makan siang, dimakan sama nasi yang udah didinginkan, lho, coz sy ga suka nasi anget apalagi panas hehehe..

Here we go..

Ingredients :
- tahu, potong dadu, goreng
- Kacang panjang
- Wortel
- Jagung rebus pipilan
- Bawang bombay, iris
- Bawang merah, iris halus
- Bawang putih, cincang
- Cabai merah, iris
- Garam
- Gula pasir
- Saus tiram
- Kecap manis
- Minyak

Method :
- Iris kacang panjang n wortel, goreng sebentar sampai matang
- Tumis bawang merah n bawang putih, masukkan bawang bombai n cabe, aduk2 hingga harum
- Beri sedikit garam n gula
- Masukkan kacang panjang, wortel, tahu n jagung, aduk2
- Kecilkan api
- Tuang kecap manis n saus tiram, aduk2 hingga rata n matang.

Kentang Saus *Finger food

Resep ini diambil dari tabloid wanita indonesia, dengan sedikit modifikasi :D

Bahan :
- Kentang 500gr, goreng haluskan
- Roti tawar 2 buah, cincang halus
- Susu bubuk 2 sdm
- Telur ayam 1 butir
- Merica bubuk secukupnya
- Garam secukupnya
- Minyak untuk menggoreng
- Saus sambal

Cara :
- Campur kentang goreng yang telah dihaluskan, roti tawar, susu bubuk, telur, merica dan garam. Aduk hingga tercampur rata dan kalis.
- Ambil adonan, cetak kentang berbentuk bulan panjang. Padatkan lalu potong2 3cm
- Panaskan minyak, goreng kentang hingga kecoklatan.
- Sajikan bersama saus

Note :
- Kentangnya ga aku goreng tapi direbus, jadinya pas dicampur adonan jadi lembek.
- Supaya memadat, aku tambahkan tepung roti secukupnya n cincangan daging giling yang udah direbus.
- Rasanya jadi kayak krokeeettt :D :D yummy!!

Method :
- Untuk mayonais, campur smua bahan n aduk hingga rata, beri sdikit air matang bila terlalu kental, aduk kembali.
- Sesaat sebelum dimakan, tuang saus diatas bahan-bahan salad ...
- Bisa disimpan didalam almari es untuk 3 hari :)

Simple Potato Salad

Ingredients :

- Kentang, bisa direbus ato goreng
- Wortel, rebus, iris dadu
- Timun, iris dadu
- Telor rebus, pisahkan kuningnya. Iris2 dadu putihnya

Bahan saus :
- Mayones plain
- Saus pedas/saus tomat
- Kuning telur

Method :
- Buat sausnya. Haluskan kuning telur, campur dengan mayones n saus tomat.sisihkan
- Campur smua bahan dalam satu mangkuk, siram dengan saus sesaat sbelom dimakan


Note : slain bahan2 diatas, bisa juga ditambahkan apel, selada ato sayuran2 yahg disuka :)

Jagung Bakar Pedas *--*

This is probably because it is easy to do, quick, and doesn’t require you to boil gallons of water on a hot summer day. The most important reason to grill your corn, however, is because of the flavor. Grilling adds flavor to corn on the cob. Boiling removes flavor.

Ingredients :

- Jagung manis
- Margarin
- Minyak (olive oil)
- Cabe merah
- Bawang putih sdikit

Method :

- Tumbuk cabai n bawang putih
- Campurkan bumbu dengan margarin n minyak zaitun, aduk rata
- Olesi jagung dengan bumbu, lalu bakar sambil sesekali diolesi bumbu

French Toast *Sunday Morning Breakfast




According to the International House of Pancakes, French toast is not necessarily French in origin; it is likely that the recipe dates back to medieval times, as "torrijas" in Spain already existed in the 15th century. It is likely the origin was in Spain during Middle Ages as the recipe was integrated by new Arab ingredients. Its posterior evolution may have been a logical "invention" by different peoples, akin to battering and frying any food. Supposedly it was originally known in England and America as "German toast", prior to the First World War, when it was changed because of anti-German sentiment.

A similar dish, suppe dorate, was popular in England during the Middle Ages, although the English might have learned it from the Normans, who had a dish called tostees dorees.

Ingredients :

2 slices of bread cut into triangle shape
1 eggs, beaten
a pinch of salt
2 teaspoons of sugar
1 cup of milk (small cup)
Margarin

Method :
Mix the eggs, milk, salt, and sugar together.
Dip the bread in the mixture and fry it on both sides in a well-greased pan.
Serve with hot jelly, applesauce, honey, maple syrup or chocolate sauce.

Tom Yum Gai (Thai Cuisine)



Tom yum is characterized by its distinct hot and sour flavors, with fragrant herbs generously used. The basic broth is made of stock and fresh ingredients such as lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, lime juice, fish sauce and crushed chili peppers.

Tom yum is usually made with prawns (tom yum goong), chicken (tom yum gai), fish (tom yum pa in Lao and tom yum pla in Thai), or mixed seafood (tom yum talay or tom yum po taek) and mushrooms - usually straw mushrooms or oyster mushrooms. The soup is often topped with generous sprinkling of fresh chopped coriander (cilantro) leaves. (source: wikipedia)

Ingredients :

- 2 quarts chicken broth
- 2 stalks fresh lemongrass, sliced on a bias in 2-inch pieces
- 4 kaffir lime leaves
- 1-inch piece fresh galangal or ginger, sliced
- 2 red chiles, sliced (saya pakai 6 cabai, 3 diiris n 3 dihaluskan)
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce, such as nam pla (saya pakai saus tiram)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar (sdikit saja gulanya)
- 1 (8-ounce) can straw mushrooms, rinsed and halved (saya ga pakai, diganti bakso ikan)
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled with tails on (pakai daging ayam yang diiris dadu)
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 green onions, sliced (pakai irisan bawang merah)
- 1 handful fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions
- Bring the stock to the boil over medium heat in a saucepan. Add the lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, and chiles.
- Lower the heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes to let the spices infuse the broth.
- Uncover and add the fish sauce, sugar, and mushrooms. Simmer for 5 minutes. Toss in the shrimp and cook for about 8 minutes until they turn pink.
- Remove from the heat and add the lime juice, green onions, and cilantro. Taste for salt and spices; you should have an equal balance of spicy, salty, and sour.
- It's a good idea to tell your guest's that the lemongrass and lime leaves are for flavor only and should be avoided when eating the soup.

Note :
- Rebus ayam terlebih dahulu hingga stengah matang, lalu masukkan bumbu-bumbu kedalam rebusan ayam sesuei resep. Tambahkan garam secukupnya.

Bakso Bakar Asem Manis




A meatball is a foodstuff made from an amount of ground meat rolled into a small ball along with other ingredients, such as breadcrumbs, minced onion, spices, and possibly eggs.
Meatballs are usually prepared by hand, and are cooked by frying, baking, steaming, or braising in sauce.In Indonesia, meatballs are called Bakso which are usually served in a bowl, like soup, with noodles, beancurd (tofu), egg, 'siomay'/steamed meat dumpling, and crispy wonton. Bosen makan bakso pake mie atau di tambakhan ke sup, finally bikin bakso bakar n dibumbuin kuah asem manis..yummy!!

Ingredients :
- Bakso
- Tusuk sate
- Kecap manis
- Margarin
- Bawang putih
- Bawang bombay
- Saus pedas
- Saus tiram
- Garam n gula secukupnya
- Air matang

Method :
- Tusuk2 bakso, gulingkan dalam kecap lalu bakar sebentar, jangan sampai gosong :D
- Panaskan margarin, masukkan bawang putih, bawang bombai n cabai. Tambahkan garam n gula
- Tuang air sedikit. Masukkan saus pedas n saus tiram- Masak hingga mengental
- Siram diatas bakso bakar

Tapai Singkong Coklat Keju



Tapai singkong adalah tapai yang dibuat dari singkong yang difermentasi. Makanan ini populer di Jawa dan dikenal di seluruh tempat, mulai dari Jawa Barat hingga Jawa Timur. Di Jawa Barat, tapai singkong dikenal sebagai peuyeum (bahasa Sunda).

Pembuatan tapai melibatkan umbi singkong sebagai substrat dan ragi tapai (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) yang dibalurkan pada umbi yang telah dikupas kulitnya. Ada dua teknik pembuatan yang menghasilkan tapai biasa, yang basah dan lunak, dan tapai kering, yang lebih legit dan dapat digantung tanpa mengalami kerusakan.

- Misis coklat
- Putih telur untuk merekatkan
- Minyang goreng secukupnya

Method :
- Diatas selembar kulit lunpia, taroh tapai singkong, keju parut n misis coklat
- Gulung sesuai selera, rekatkan dengan putih telur
- Goreng dalam minyak yang tidak terlalu panas hingga kecoklatan
- Readyyyy....super easy!!
