Eggy Spaghetti with Mayo Sauce




Spaghetti is a long, thin, cylindrical pasta of Italian origin. Spaghetti is made of semolina or flour and water. Italian dried spaghetti is made from durum wheat semolina, but outside of Italy it may be made with other kinds of flour.
A variety of pasta dishes are based on it, from spaghetti with cheese and pepper or garlic and oil to a spaghetti with tomato, meat, and other sauces.

Ingredients :

- Spaghetti, rebus sesuai keterangan dalam bungkus, beri margarin lalu tiriskan
- Saus bolognese siap beli
- Telur, kocok lepas
- Sosis sapi, iris kecil
- Bawang putih, cincang halus
- Bawang bombay, iris
- Saus tiram
- Saus pedas
- Plain mayonais
- Keju
- Irisan daun bawang
- Margarin

Method :
- Panaskan margarin dalam api sedang. tumis bawang putih, lalu masukkan bawang bombai dan sosis, aduk rata
- Tuangkan saus bolognese, saus tiram, saus pedas, aduk kembali.
- Masukkan telor n campur rata, kecilkan api. tambahkan beberapa sendok mayonais.
- Masukkan spaghetti, campur rata, angkat.
- Taburkan keju parut n irisan daun bawang
- Serve with all your heart :)
