Old Style Donuts



A doughnut or donut (pronounced /'do?n?t, 'do?n?t/) is a type of fried dough food popular in many countries and prepared in various forms as a sweet (or occasionally savory) snack that can be homemade or purchased in bakeries, supermarkets, food stalls, and franchised specialty outlets. Resep dibawah adalah klasik donat, atau donat ala kampung, yang biasanya stelah digoreng n ditiriskan, lalu digulingkan kedalam gula halus. Lainnya, diberi topping misis coklat/warna warni, atau bisa juga keju. Ahh jadi inget masa kecil :D

I was having so much fun, remember back than when I was just 10, making my very first donuts, trying to shape, fried them, and it was awfully a mess. Well, from mistakes we learn, dont we? now they're beautifully shaped n taste soooo donuts :)

Here we go ..

Ingredients :
- 600gr terigu
- 4 butir kuning telur
- 11gr fermipan
- 100gr gula pasir
- 200ml air matang
- 100gr margarin
- minyak goreng

topping :
- gula halus
- keju parut
- misis

Method :
- Dalam wadah, campur terigu bersama fermipan dan gula, aduk2
- Masukkan kuning telur, air, lalu uleni hingga bercampur rata
- Tambahkan margarin, uleni kembali hingga kalis.
- Diamkan selama kurang lebih 15menit, tutup dengan serbet, biarkan mengembang
- Bulatkan adonan, letakkan di nampan yang sudah dioles margarin n ditabur terigu, istirahatkan supaya mengembang
- Lubangi donat lalu goreng dalam minyak panas kecil hingga matang, tiriskan
- Beri topping sesuei selera :)
