Coffeey Chocolatey Pudding
The word pudding is believed to come from the French boudin, originally from the Latin botellus, meaning "small sausage," referring to encased meats used in Medieval European puddings.
The original pudding was formed by mixing various ingredients with a grain product or other binder such as butter, flour, cereal, eggs, suet, resulting in a solid mass. These puddings are baked, steamed or boiled.
Depending on its ingredients such a pudding may be served as a part of the main course or as a dessert.
Boiled pudding was a common main course aboard ships in the Royal Navy in the 18th and 19th centuries. Pudding was used as the primary dish in which daily rations of flour and suet were prepared. (source wikipedia)
Here's my version of puddings...it has to be sweet, rich n tender..
Ingredients :
Adonan A :
- 1pack agar2 coklat
- Coffeemix, secukupnya
- Milo bubuk
- Gula pasir
- Air matang 2,5 gelas
Adonan B :
- 1pack agar2 putih
- Susu full cream
- Air matang 1,5 gelas
- Gula pasir
- 1lbr roti tawar, iris dadu
Method :
Adonan A :
Campur smua bahan lalu jerang diatas api n aduk hingga mengental, angkat. Tuang dalam cetakan agar2 yang telah dibasahi air.
Adonan B :
Sama sperti adonan A, campur smua bahan kecuali roti lalu jerang diatas api hingga mengental, angkat. Masukkan irisan roti tawar, lalu tuang diatas adonan A.
Dinginkan..Serve with Ur sweetest smile..yummy!!
