Milo Cheesy Brownies
Milo (pronounced /ˈmaɪloʊ/) is a chocolate and malt powder which is mixed with hot or cold milk to produce a beverage which is popular in many parts of the world. It is best taken in milk clumps. Produced by Nestlé, was originally developed by Thomas Mayne in Sydney, Australia in 1934. It is marketed and sold in many countries around the world.

Ingredients :
- 4btr telur
- 150gr gula pasir
- 1/2sdt emulsifier
- 85gr tepung terigu
- 50gr Milo bubuk
- 40gr susu kental manis (1 sachet)
- 110ml minyak goreng
- Keju parut secukupnya
- Misis coklat secukupnya
Directions :
- Kocok telur bersama gula pasir dan emulsifier hingga mengembang dan kental
- Panaskan kukusan [alasi tutupnya dengan serbet]
- Masukkan terigu sedikit demi sedikit bergantian dengan Milo bubuk, terus aduk perlahan hingga rata
- Masukkan minyak goreng, aduk, lalu masukkan susu kental manis dan aduk kembali hingga rata. Bagi dua adonan, sisihkan
- Tuang 1/2 bagian adonan dalam cetakan yang telah disemir margarin, kukus selama kurang lebih 5 menit
- Taburi keju parut dan misis coklat, lalu tuang 1/2 bagian adonan dan kukus kembali hingga matang
